Dear Valued Customer,

This message is addressed to GB Network Solutions Customers that using our services hosted at rack 05-03, 05-05, and 05-06. Our monitoring reported down on the rack 05-03, 05-05, and 05-06, and our engineer onsite already check on the issue. Our engineer detected the power trip on Power Sources A that causes the downtime to servers that use single power. The server that uses two power supplies is not affected by the downtime. We have identified and fixed the issue and now Power Source A is up.

You may check and verify your services. If your services have any issues after this downtime, kindly inform us through a ticket or email to support@gbnetwork.my
