Referring to our latest announcement; (https://secure.gbnetwork.com/announcements/213/Announcement-International-Link-Network-Upgrade--10th-December-2022.html) we will start the maintenance in 30 minutes. 

As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming network upgrade. We will enhance our network to improve our services and serve you better.

Who will be involved?
---------------------------

All GB Network Solutions clients who connect outside from Malaysia will be involved in this network upgrade. Thus the connection from outside Malaysia will be delayed.

When will this happen?

The network upgrade will be carried out on 10th December 2022 (Saturday).

Date: 10th December 2022 
Network Upgrade Start : 0000 UTC
Network Upgrade End   : 0100 UTC
Estimated Downtime = 10-15 minutes

We estimate around 1 hour to complete this upgrade.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive the most recent updates from us, please ensure that your contact information in our Client Billing System is up to date.

What will happen during the network upgrade?

During this network upgrade, the connection for international customer will be delayed.

What do you need to be aware of after network upgrade?
---------------------------------------------------------------

After the network upgrade, the network connection will be operating normally. Please be advised that the IP address of your server will remain the same.

Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the network upgrade should any issues arise.
