Dear Valued Customers,
Effective from March 16, 2023, expired domains will be automatically suspended and will no longer be operational. Following expiration, the domain name will enter a Renewal Grace Period of 45 days during which it can be renewed at the regular domain price.
In the event that the domain is not renewed during the Renewal Grace Period, it will enter a Redemption Grace Period of an additional 30 days, during which it can still be renewed at double the standard domain price. Once this period has ended, the domain name cannot be renewed, and it will proceed to the Pending Delete phase, which lasts for five days before the domain is deleted and made available for purchase on the public market.
To avoid any disruption to your domain service, it is recommended that you renew your domain in advance of its expiration. This new billing cycle for .MY domain names also applies to .MY Premium Domain Names.
