Important Announcement: cPanel/WHM Reseller Account Migration to Our New Server avatar.gbnetwork.my

Dear Valued Customers, 

Greetings from GB Network Solutions,

As part of our continuous commitment to provide better services and better experiences to our valued clients, GB Network Solutions will be carrying out a major migration for all reseller accounts residing under GB Network Solution from 31st May 2023 - 13th June 2023.

Reasons for a migration
--------------------------------
1. To improve our service and we are migrating your account to our new and improved server! 
2. This move is aimed at enhancing our service delivery by offering you faster speeds, better security features, and increased reliability.

Who will be affected? 
-------------------------------
The migration will affect all of our reseller hosting clients.

When will this happen? 
---------------------------------
To ensure a smooth migration, the migration will be carried out in several small batches. We anticipate that the first batch of migration will begin on 31st May 2023 and that the final batch of migration will be completed by 13th June 2023.

Separate announcements will be sent out to keep our valued clients up to date on specifics such as the actual date and time of migration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive the most recent updates from us, please ensure that your contact information in our Client Billing System is up to date.

What will happen during the migration? 
---------------------------------------------------
1. During the migration, your website and email services might be slightly interrupted.
2. If required, the IP address will be changed, and we will provide you with the new IP address that needs to be assigned. 
3. You are advised to keep a backup of your website on your local terminal. You may generate the backup from your cPanel.

What do you need to be aware of after migration?
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. You will use the different link that we will provide to you in the next email after the migration is completed.
2. You will be moved to a new server called avatar.gbnetwork.my 
3. The reseller account login credential will remain unchanged.
