Referring to our latest announcement; (Windows Web Hosting Maintenance) we will start the maintenance in 30 minutes. All services on the server will be interrupted within the maintenance windows.

Maintenance Window Start Date / Time: 21st September 2023 / 2200hrs=10.00PM (GMT+8)
Maintenance Window End Date / Time: 21st September 2023 / 2300hrs=11.00PM (GMT+8)
Estimated Downtime: 5-15 minutes
We estimate that it will take approximately 1 hour to complete this maintenance, which includes verifying that all websites and services are operational and working normally.
Maintenance Reason: The purpose of this maintenance is to maintain the server performance and stability improvements. In order to update our backup manager Acronis to the latest version, we will be performing a Windows and Plesk update, which requires a server reboot to complete the patching process.
