Can I allow each of the protected mailbox to login check their own spam quarantine message?

1)You could allow this by login to the SpamExperts dashboard panel > Web Interface Users > Manage Email Users.

2)Add in the email account that you would like to allow them to login and apply a password for them.

3)They could then login to the interface through the URL with their full email account and password that you have assigned.
