Right click on the MT4 icon on your desktop and click "Properties" to open properties options for MT4.

Then, click on "Compatibility" tab and tick the checkbox in the "Compatibility mode" section. Lastly, go to "Privilege Level" section and tick on "Run this program as an administrator" and click "OK" to apply changes.
