It's also divided into 6 different departments :

1) Sales Department = Department that related to sales

2) Billing Department = Department that related to payment and invoice

3) Technical Support Department = Department that related to technical issues and problems

4) Abuse Department = Department that related to abuse,abuse email,spam,ip raputation,and hack.

5) DDos Emergency Department = Department under attack.

6) Affiliate / Reseller Department = Department partner support.
