Q : What happens if my domain expires?
A : If your domain name expire it will be placed in a three stage :
1) Auto Renew Grace Period ( 0-45 days )
2) Redemption Grace Period a.k.a Pending Delete Restorable (30 days)
3) Pending Delete Period ( 5 days)
Note : If customers not taking any actions within specified period of time, your domain will be deleted in 5 days at Pending Delete Period.
How do I cancel my domain name?
Should you wish to cancel your domain name, and prevent it from renewing please contact our billing department.
Please note that domain registrations/transfers and renewals are non refundable.
