As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about upcoming scheduled maintenance for the Windows Shared Web Hosting server.
Details are as follows:
Maintenance Window Start Date / Time: 25th May 2023 / 2200hrs=10.00PM (GMT+8)
Maintenance Window End Date / Time: 25th May 2023 / 2300hrs=11.00PM (GMT+8)
Estimated Downtime: 5-15 minutes
We estimate that it will take approximately 1 hour to complete this maintenance, which includes verifying that all websites and services are operational and working normally.
Maintenance Reason: The purpose of this maintenance is to maintain the server performance and stability improvements. To achieve this, we will be performing a Windows update, which requires a server reboot to complete the patching process. Additionally, we have upgraded our Backup system by using Acronis Cloud Backup. A reboot is necessary to apply the Acronis installation.
Please take our sincere apologies for any kind of inconvenience.
Important Noted: Please do not make any updates on your website starting from 08.00 PM/2000hrs (25th May 2023) until the maintenance period ends.
