Horde Webmail Error Message ( cannot move items to the trash )

Problems :

When deleting mail from within horde, the following error message may appear:

"ErrorThe folder "Trash" was not created.

This is what the server said: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.)"

Solution :

1) Choose Setting > Preferences > Mail from the top menu bar.

2) Then choose Deleting and Moving Messages.

3) From the subsequent screen, tick the option "Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox?" Choose Save Options, and deleted items will be moved to the trash.
